My horoscope guru was unable to predict a definite result for the last Election in December 2001, because there were good and bad aspects in the charts of the planets for both political leaders. Prime Minister Patrick Manning, born August 17, 1946 (sign Leo) and Mr Basdeo Panday, born May 25, 1933 (sign Gemini). The planets have since moved and she has made the following predictions and given reasons for them. However, it was necessary to also look at the charts of their partners with whom their lives are intertwined. Mrs Hazel Manning born August 11, 1949 (sign Leo) and Mrs Oma Panday, born October 27, 1955 (sign Scorpio). Mr Panday has had Saturn on his Sun for just over one year and it will continue there for another year. Saturn is usually bad news, brings lots of frustrations, and no luck. Venus is in opposition to Mr Panday's secret affairs (the secret ballot) house at this time. On Election day/night, the Sun and the Moon are in opposition to Mr Panday's house of people and group. Mrs Panday has Jupiter (a planet of good fortune), but in bad aspect to her sign. Also at election time, both the Moon and the Sun indicate that she will be in the background and not the forefront. These aspects show that this is not a good time for the Pandays and the United National Congress. Mr Panday must have lots of patience for the next year as at the end of that period his life will become more settled. In contrast, both Mr and Mrs Manning now have Jupiter on their Sun. Jupiter is the planet of expansion and good fortune. When Jupiter is on your sun, you usually reap rewards for past efforts. On Election Day/Night, both the moon and sun indicate that the Mannings will be very involved in communicating with people. And although the Sun and Moon are in bad aspect to his secret affairs (the ballot) area, Venus is in good aspect which minimises the bad effects. At this time the moon and sun are also in good aspect to his area of people and groups. Based on these aspects, Madame H predicts victory for Mr Manning and the People's National Movement. Mr Manning should enjoy the year ahead. He will be very much in the spotlight (both good and bad). At times he will have upsets with partnerships and close alliances so he should be very careful in that area of his life. |
